Call for Submissions to The 3rd ISGS Go Promotion Awards 2025

We are pleased to announce the 3rd ISGS Go Promotion Awards, continuing our mission to support and recognize outstanding efforts in Go promotion worldwide.

Following the success of last year’s edition, we invite individuals and teams to submit their creative and effective approaches to introducing the game of Go to new audiences. Whether through structured educational programs, community initiatives, or innovative promotional videos, this award celebrates contributions that help expand the Go community.

Submission
Participants can submit videos in two formats:

- Go Education or Promotion Project: Sharing past, ongoing, or planned Go education/promotion efforts.
- Promotional Videos: Designed to attract and engage new players.

Videos must be no longer than 8 minutes, in English or with English subtitles, and meet a recommended resolution of 1080p.

Prizes
1st Place: 500,000 KRW + Certificate
2nd Place: 300,000 KRW + Certificate
3rd Place: 200,000 KRW + Certificate

Key Dates
Submission Deadline: June 1, 2025 (KST)
Winner Announcement: July 23, 2025, at the 3rd ISGS International Go Conference during the European Go Congress (EGC) in Warsaw, Poland.

Participation Without Attending EGC 2025
Winners will be announced at the EGC 2025 in Warsaw, but attendance is not required to participate in the Go Promotion Awards. Prize recipients who cannot be present will still receive their awards and certificates.

How to Apply
Submit your video file (MP4 or compatible format) and application form (PDF) to isgsgopromotionawards@gmail.com. Each participant may submit up to two entries.
The submission form and additional details can be found in the "Notifications" section at the bottom of this website.

A panel of 5-10 international judges will evaluate entries based on originality, effectiveness, and presentation quality. Winning entries may be shared on the ISGS website and YouTube.
